OMG. OMG. OMG! You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for this. This is crazy! To be acknowledged and supported like this is beyond what I’ve expected.  This is not just about the numbers, the likes, the comments or the follows. The relationship that I was able to build with everyone in this community is phenomenal. I have met writers with different style, talent and character.  I’ve made new friends, I’ve come to terms with the fact that there’s nothing wrong with being weird. Because of you guys, I have more confidence and a more positive perspective.

 

You’ve shown me a copious amount of support and motivation. You’ve encouraged me to do better by reading my writings and my poems. To know that you are being inspired and influenced by my writing is truly an incredible experience. I admire each and every one of you and I promise to never stop being myself, to improve and to be an exemplar of dedication. I will forever be grateful that I am a part of this extraordinary community. I love you, guys. I really do.

 

 

“THE BLOGGER SPOTLIGHT Series”

As a simple way of giving back, I prepared a special token of appreciation that I would really like to share with you, guys. The Blogger Spotlight Series! Yeheey! In this series, I will be featuring different bloggers every week, I will promote their blog page in order to further the progress of their works, and I will give them the spotlight that they deserve. Everyone could use a little boost and I will lend a hand to uplift them. For the first few weeks, I will feature newbie bloggers, (I am a newbie warrior so, ha ha!)

They could really use a little help, I don’t want them to be discouraged and quit because their works are not getting enough attention, so I am hoping that this will give them a boost, at least. This series is not just for the newbies, I will also feature popular and admirable bloggers, I intend to keep blogging and writing for the rest of my life so everyone will get a chance, ha ha!

 

I will start the series next week. I hope this would really build more friendship and interaction among us. I will need your support again, guys. I will still be posting my writings on a regular basis. Thank you so much!

  3. Congratulations! That is quite a following 😊 I love what you are doing, helping getting good new writers started. Gaining the first handful of followers is a great boost for any writer. Such a thoughtful idea! 🤗

      1. I agree. I would always spend a lot of time on First Friday to help out newbies, with my background in teaching English, I felt I could really make a difference. It is a shame that will be going 😦 It is great to be able to give back. I am not sure how new bloggers will be able to start out now. It is a shame they will not have the same start we did.

      3. Oh no! That is terrible! Do you think there is anything we can do? Perhaps if we appealed to them to advertise Novus’s ‘Swimmers’ across the community, at least they would have a place to start and a way to connect?

      5. I have asked Novus whether she can message the admin an ask for the site to be advertised. It would solve their problem and give Novus lots of deserved recognition.

      7. Please stay tune. Mickey will probably write the blog since he has a terminator memory and an attention to details, whereas me just remember the city when I enjoy the food, otherwise I forget everything, ha..ha.. my memory is like a fish..

  7. Wow! 1000!! Congratulations. You’re doing so great. I’m dreaming of that number right now. I’m sure I’ll get there eventually. Please check out my short stories and see if it’s something you’d like to share. I’m certain this is a blog I will keep posting to for the rest of my life, so a little help getting seen would be really appreciated ^_^

    1. Thank you so much for that. It really gives me more motivation whenever I read comments like this. I do what I can.

      In the series, I will be featuring the whole blog of the featured blogger, not just one post, I think I will be doing an interview, but it’s only gonna be a brief introduction, I don’t wanna drag it, I want it to be straightforward.
